Thank you for choosing GetCartsOnline. If your leather jacket or coat arrives damaged, incorrect, or clearly defective, we’ll make it right. This refund policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect during review and processing.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund you must:
Submit your refund request within 30 days of delivery.
Return the item in original, unworn condition with tags, packaging, and any included accessories.
Provide photos showing the issue and your order number when you open a request.
We want you to feel confident in every purchase. Our money back approach applies when items meet the eligibility criteria above.
Cancelation
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and will fall under our standard return process.
Exchange of Products
Exchange requests must also be submitted within 30 days of delivery and items must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above.
How to request a refund
Start a refund by completing our Return Form or email support@getcartsonline.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll acknowledge receipt and guide you through the return shipping steps.
Inspection & processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team inspects it (typically within 72 hours). Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be issued, plus any additional time your bank or payment provider needs to post the credit

Refund method & exceptions
Refunds are issued to the original payment source. If the original method is unavailable, we may offer store credit.
Shipping charges, import duties, and any promotional discounts applied at purchase may affect the refundable amount. Final-sale or personalized items are not eligible for refund unless faulty.
