If you change your mind after placing an order, we’ll do our best to help. To request an order cancellation you must contact us within 48 hours of placing the order and before we begin fulfillment. Send your request to our email address and include your order number, the name on the order, and a brief reason for the request.
If your cancellation is accepted before fulfillment, we will void the charge or issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we confirm the cancellation. If the item has already been shipped, we cannot cancel order requests.
