Processing & dispatch
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Processing includes quality checks, finishing touches, and preparing your leather jacket or coat for safe transit. Preorders or custom-fit items may take longer; the estimated dispatch date will appear on the product or at checkout.
Shipping options & delivery windows
We offer a range of shipping services at checkout both standard and expedited with estimated delivery windows displayed before you pay. Typical delivery examples: standard delivery 8–12 business days, expedited delivery 3–7 business days (varies by destination and carrier). Always refer to the shipping option shown at checkout for your exact estimate.
You’ll commonly see options such as Domestic Ground/Economy (2–5 business days), Domestic Expedited/2-Day (2 business days) and Overnight/Next-Day (1 business day) typically handled by carriers like UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on your address.
For international orders, Economy services generally take about 10–18 business days, Standard about 8–12 business days, and International Expedited/Express about 3–7 business days, often shipped via DHL, FedEx or UPS. Costs & free shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and chosen service. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders above $150 (USD). The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping only and will be indicated at checkout. For returns, see our Return Policy.
International shipping & customs
We provide international shipping to selected countries. For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless we explicitly state otherwise. Customs processing can add delays beyond our estimated shipping times. Please check local customs rules before you order.
Tracking, lost or damaged parcels
Once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking number. Use the Track your order link to view current status. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately and include your order number, photos (for damaged parcels), and tracking details. We’ll assist with carrier claims and next steps.
Important — carrier liability cutoff:
Liability for the parcel generally transfers to the carrier once the package is accepted by that carrier. While we’re not the carrier, we will actively support your claim and work to resolve lost or damaged shipments.
Please report damaged deliveries within 7 days of receipt and non-delivery issues within 30 days so we can act quickly.
P.O. Boxes, remote areas & special rules
Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or remote addresses; checkout will advise if restrictions or surcharges apply. If you choose alternative shipping instructions, you accept responsibility for any additional fees or delivery complications.
